American Image Dance Photography, located at 22647 Ventura Blvd, Woodland Hills, CA 91364, USA, specializes in dance photography, offering a range of services including but not limited to studio photography, event photography, and portrait sessions.
2. Use of Service
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of American Image Dance Photography. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our services.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of American Image Dance Photography or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and trademark notices, legends, or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto.
4. User Contributions
Users may be able to upload, share, or contribute content to the Service. By submitting content to our Service, you grant American Image Dance Photography a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the Service and American Image Dance Photography’s (and its successors’ and affiliates’) business.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All photoshoots are booked with a non refundable deposit, and since all products are custom there are no refunds for ordered products. Every effort will be made to maintain a high level of satisfaction for all our customers. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to call or email us.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will American Image Dance Photography, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
